The short version
Tvaritha turns what your business did today into a ready-to-post reel. You buy credits, each reel spends credits, and credits never expire. Optionally, for ₹299 a month, Tvaritha posts to your social accounts for you.
Two things matter most: you are responsible for what you publish — always watch the reel and read the caption before it goes out, because it is written by AI and can get details wrong — and you must have the right to use the photos and videos you upload. The full terms below govern; this summary does not.
1Who we are
Tvaritha is a service operated by The Marketing Craft, a sole proprietorship of T S K Pavan Kumar, registered in Telangana, India, GSTIN 36ARQPP4605F2ZK (“Tvaritha”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Our website is www.tvaritha.com and the application is at app.tvaritha.com.
In these terms, “you” means the person using Tvaritha and the business on whose behalf they use it.
2Accepting these terms
By creating an account, buying credits, or using Tvaritha in any way, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Together they form the agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use Tvaritha.
3Who may use Tvaritha
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Tvaritha is built for business use. If you use it for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on that business’s behalf.
- You must be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law and must not be barred from receiving our services under any applicable law.
4What Tvaritha does
You tell Tvaritha what your business did today — a line of text, a few photos or short clips — and Tvaritha uses artificial intelligence to produce a short video (a “reel”): a script, a voiceover in your chosen language, on-screen captions, background music, a caption and hashtags. You can download the reel, or ask Tvaritha to post it to social accounts you have connected.
Features change as we improve the product. We may add, alter or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are actively paying for, we will tell you in advance.
5Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current — we use your email and phone number to send account, payment and support messages.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- One account per business. Do not resell, share or sublicense your account or your credits.
6Credits, prices and GST
- Tvaritha runs on credits. ₹1 buys 10 credits. A standard reel costs about 1,300 credits (roughly ₹130). The exact cost of an action is shown before you confirm it, and generating extra language versions or extra visuals costs more.
- A recharge of ₹2,000 gives 20,000 credits. All prices are exclusive of GST; GST at 18% is added at checkout, so ₹2,000 is billed as ₹2,360. Credits are granted on the base amount, not the tax.
- Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- New accounts may receive free trial credits. Free credits are a sample, are given at our discretion, and may be limited, changed or withdrawn.
- Payments are collected by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A GST tax invoice (SAC 998314) is generated for every recharge and emailed to you.
- We may change prices. Changes apply to purchases made after the change; credits you already hold are not affected.
- Credits are spent when a generation runs. If a generation fails through a fault on our side, tell us and we will restore the credits — see the Refund Policy.
7Auto-posting subscription
Auto-posting — where Tvaritha publishes to your connected accounts for you — is a paid feature at ₹299 per month (plus GST). You pay for one month at a time — there is no auto-debit.
- Auto-posting is not part of the free trial — it works only while you have a paid, active posting month.
- You pay one month at a time. Before your paid month ends we remind you, and you renew by making a payment to continue.
- The month you have paid for always runs its full length. We do not refund part-months. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- When your subscription ends or lapses, we disconnect your social accounts from our posting system and delete the posting profile we hold for you. Your reels and your credits are not affected — you can still create reels and download them, and you can turn posting back on later by reconnecting.
- Nothing is ever charged automatically — there is no auto-debit or mandate. If you don’t renew, auto-posting simply stops at the end of your paid month.
8Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, logos, text and business information you upload (“your content”), and of the reels made from them.
You give us a licence to host, store, copy, resize, transcode, edit and otherwise process your content, and to pass it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only so far as is needed to run Tvaritha for you — to make your reels, to post them where you ask, and to support and secure the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies kept in routine backups for a limited period.
When you upload content you confirm that:
- You own it or have permission to use it, including for any music, artwork, footage or brand marks in it.
- Any person who appears in it or whose voice is heard in it has agreed to appear in your marketing.
- Using it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.
We do not use your content to advertise Tvaritha unless you have agreed — for example, by opting in to the branding reward or by giving us permission in writing.
9AI-generated content — read this one
Scripts, captions, voiceovers, hashtags and generated visuals are produced by artificial intelligence. AI makes mistakes. It can state a price, an offer, a timing, a claim or a fact that is wrong, and it can produce images of things that never existed.
- You must review every reel and caption before it is published. Once it is on your page, it is your business speaking.
- You are responsible for anything you publish being accurate, lawful and compliant — including advertising rules, price and offer claims, and any rules that apply to your trade (for example medical, financial, food, education or real-estate claims).
- We do not promise that generated output is original or that similar output has not been generated for someone else. AI output may not be protectable by copyright in some countries.
- We make no promise about the marketing results you will get — reach, followers, enquiries or sales.
- Do not use Tvaritha to produce content about identifiable people without their consent, or content that impersonates anyone.
You — not Tvaritha — are the author and publisher of everything you create with Tvaritha and choose to download or post. Tvaritha is a tool: we do not pre-screen, monitor, approve or edit your content, and we are not responsible or liable for the content you generate or publish, or for the way you use it. Responsibility for it, and for any consequences of publishing it, is entirely yours.
10Connected social accounts
If you connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn or your Google Business Profile, you authorise us to publish content to those accounts on your instruction, through our posting provider. You may disconnect at any time.
- You must comply with each platform’s own terms and policies. Those are between you and the platform.
- Platforms can reject, remove, restrict or delay a post, or restrict your account, for their own reasons. We are not responsible for that, and posting is not guaranteed to succeed.
- Platform APIs change without notice and posting may break or be interrupted as a result.
- You must not connect an account you are not authorised to manage.
11Messages we send you
We send two kinds of message.
Service messages
These are part of the service and you cannot opt out of them while you have an account: sign-up and password emails, payment confirmations and GST invoices, alerts about a reel or a post, support replies, and notices about changes to these terms or to the service.
WhatsApp and marketing messages
We send tips, reminders and offers on WhatsApp, SMS and email only if you have given us permission. We ask for that permission separately, as a tick box you choose yourself when you sign up or later in your Account settings — it is never pre-ticked, and it is never a condition of using Tvaritha or of buying credits.
- By opting in you agree to receive messages from Tvaritha (The Marketing Craft) on the WhatsApp number and phone number you gave us, and you confirm that number belongs to you.
- You can withdraw permission at any time — reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, turn it off on your Account page, or email support@tvaritha.com. We act on it promptly. Service messages continue.
- Standard WhatsApp and carrier terms apply to you; message charges, if any, are yours.
- We record when and how you gave permission, and keep that record for as long as we message you and for a reasonable period after.
12Things you must not do
Do not use Tvaritha to create, store or publish anything that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive, including fake offers, fake reviews or fake scarcity;
- infringes copyright, trade marks or any other right — including uploading someone else’s photos, footage or music;
- is obscene, sexually explicit, involves a child, or is defamatory, hateful, threatening, or incites violence or hostility between groups;
- impersonates any person or business, or misrepresents your association with anyone;
- promotes goods or services whose sale or advertising is restricted or prohibited in India without holding the licences and approvals required;
- harms a minor, invades privacy, or discloses someone’s personal information without their consent;
- threatens the sovereignty, integrity, defence, security or friendly relations of India, or public order.
Also do not: attempt to break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; use bots or automated means to create accounts or farm free credits; resell Tvaritha or its output as your own AI service; or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
We may refuse, block or remove any content, and suspend or close any account, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law — with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may preserve and disclose content and account records where the law requires it, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to prevent serious harm or unlawful activity, and we report unlawful material — including any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child — to the appropriate authorities. None of this makes us responsible for monitoring what users create.
13Service availability
We work to keep Tvaritha running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third-party services — AI providers, rendering, hosting, payment and posting providers — and an outage or a change at any of them can interrupt it. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will try to do that quietly.
14Our intellectual property
The Tvaritha name, logo, jingle, end-slide, interface, templates, prompts, code and everything else that makes up the service belong to us. Using Tvaritha does not give you any right in them beyond the licence to use the service under these terms.
15Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Tvaritha whenever you like and ask us to close your account by writing to support@tvaritha.com.
We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, if payment fails or is reversed, or if the account is being used in a way that harms other users or the service. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund unused credits you paid for.
When an account closes, we stop posting on your behalf, delete your posting profile, and delete or anonymise your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Download anything you want to keep before you ask us to close it.
16Warranties and liability
Tvaritha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms that are not expressly set out in this agreement, including any promise of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, or of commercial results.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where those apply to you.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or for the consequences of content you chose to publish.
- Our total liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is higher.
17Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, demands, losses and reasonable costs brought by a third party because of content you uploaded or published through Tvaritha, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or of a social platform’s terms.
18Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tvaritha after that means you accept the updated terms.
19Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Talk to us first — most problems are settled quickly at support@tvaritha.com. If a dispute cannot be settled, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to approach a consumer forum where you live.
